After extensive research, I decided to buy the Makita BBX7600. I live in St. Florida on a hectare of trees and a good backpack blower is a must. I looked Echo Husquavarna, RedMax, Tanaka, etc. The fan is actually made by Robin Outdoor Power Equipment ([...]) under a private agreement with the label Makita. You may not have heard of them, but actually meet the commercial market and their engines are made by Subaru. Subaru makes some of the best small engines inMarket. I only used this fan had a couple of times so far, but is powerful, smooth and quiet. I like the fact that you can not start on two-stroke oil concerns and the child with the first train every time. And 'slightly heavier than I thought, but not much different from other fans that size. I think the components of this unit have found a slightly higher quality than what you feel your local big box retailer. Can only be the placebo effect, but this is my observation.

There are many reviews on this one fan out there and completely trashes the product and manufacturer. I would simply suggest you read all the reviews of other products posted by that person and take whatever your decision. These (so far) is an excellent product. I ordered this evening, Tuesday and Thursday was – free shipping with Amazon Prime. At $ 399 with free shipping, I am very happy with my purchase.

I love the fact that you don’t have to worry about two stroke oil and this baby starts on the first pull every time. It is slightly heavier than I thought, but not much different than other blowers with this size. I think the components on this unit have a slightly higher quality feel than what you’ll find at your local big box retailer. It may just be the placebo effect but that’s my observation.

There are not many reviews on this blower out there and one individual completely trashes the product and manufacturer. The fan should be avoided! Has a duration of about 2 months, as the engine in all respects intensive is Dead! Did also test what this term?

So I brought my brand new unit DEAD for the repair and covered warranty.Only problem is that distributors Makita tool is currently still very well known, how to solve. They propose a new carb and some new parts and try it because I Guess minute to call and he says, is to continue as too low and behold, it does not have the power to use ready.Iand die easily.

So I bring it back? Whats The Game Plan here, a few dozen trips to do it fixed as it falls under the guarantee in the next year? So my total use was suspended for two months and 2 months in the workshop and one months use as winter and as security is gone, and I think he did throw. Wasted $ 450.

I really dont see how this can lead Makita useless junk on the market! The basic design of the engine is a joint trainwreck.I to say that this model iscompletely blocked or redsigned. Or are they more of these to go peddle to unsuspecting customers like me?
